1. Shipping Coverage
Here and There currently ships orders within India only. All deliveries are fulfilled through reliable third-party courier and logistics partners.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard delivery timelines range between 2–10 business days, depending on the delivery location.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
- Any changes in shipping charges due to location or weight are transparently communicated.
5. Order Tracking
Once the order is shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation message/email containing tracking details, where available.
6. Delivery Responsibility
- Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
- Here and There is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If an order arrives damaged, tampered, or incomplete, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- In rare cases of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner and offer a replacement or refund as per policy.
